Radisson Blu Media Harbour Hotel, Düsseldorf

Fantastic hotel. Great breakfast. Fantastic room. We were surprised to find a clear, glass section of the wall between the bathroom shower and the main room. Makes for a great show!! I bit trendy for younger folk perhaps, but not necessarily needed for us older folk. Nevertheless, the room was fantastic, as would be expected rom the Raddison name. It was a few blocks from the waterfront and main walking streets, but that kept us away from the very crowded main tourist areas while still being within reasonable walking distance. About 5 min walk away from the Rheinturm. Right next door to Okinii. The location makes it easy to get to while avoiding the downtown traffic.

Had a very comfortable stay. Room is spacious with great facilities. The location was perfect for us with a dog to enjoy river side walk to the old town. Good prompt support from hotel team.

The receptionist (Ellie?) was fantastic. Informed me that my room would be at a certain floor with the iron/ironing room ready as per my request. Have stayed in many hotels under loyalty memberships but most never bother to read the soecial requests that have been filled during reservation. The other receptionist handling my check out was also very helpful and friendly.

Great location for sightseeing. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff (all day and through the night). Standard room was large and had a good sized fridge.
